What is a quote Request?

A Quote Request is when a designer reaches out to our sales team for pricing on an item(s).

• Our sales team will respond as quickly as possible, but please understand that it can take up to 72 hours to receive the requested information

• A response could either be an informal quote in an email or they may respond with a Request for Deposit form, which will give the quote information & will show the amount needed for a deposit to place the order.

• The required deposit amount is typically 50% of the goods & freight, but this can vary depending on the vendor, items, where the goods are shipping, etc.

In order to streamline the process for you, it is helpful to provide as much of the following information as you have available when requesting pricing

• Name of the Vendor

• SKU # and Item Name if applicable

• Any Customizable Options

• Wood Finish, Fabric (Name, #, or Grade Range) or COM, Cushion

• Selections, Hardware Finish, Nail head Size & Finish, Application Instructions for Fabric, Trim, or Nails, etc.

• Quantity of Items

• Ship-to Address/Receiving Warehouse
